Warranty Overview

Cajun Cookware proudly stands behind the quality of our products. Our cookware and cooking equipment are designed for authentic Cajun cooking and built to last. This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Cajun Cookware or authorized vendors.

Coverage Period

Cajun Cookware provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Products Covered

This warranty applies to Cajun Cookware products including aluminum jambalaya pots, aluminum chef pots, cast iron cookware, roll-around stand combos, and cooking stands manufactured or sold by Cajun Cookware.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal cooking use. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Cajun Cookware may repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, modification of the product, accidents, normal wear and tear, rust caused by improper storage, or damage caused by extreme heat or improper cooking equipment.

Outdoor Cooking Disclaimer

Cajun Cookware products are designed for outdoor cooking environments. Customers are responsible for using proper burners, stands, and safe cooking practices when using cookware.

Custom Products

Custom stands, personalized items, and special-order products are covered only for manufacturing defects. Cosmetic variations or custom design preferences are not considered defects.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact Cajun Cookware within the warranty period. Proof of purchase may be required. Customers may be asked to provide photos of the product or return the item for inspection.

Limitation of Liability

Cajun Cookware's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Cajun Cookware is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
