Since 2015, Cajun Cookware has celebrated the cast-iron traditions that run deep through Louisiana kitchens — from jambalaya pots simmering under pecan trees to iron skillets passed down through generations. Founded by Melissa and Manny Dunlap of St. Gabriel, Louisiana, the company began with one goal - bring authentic Cajun cooking tools to cooks everywhere.
As the company grew, Melissa and Manny realized home cooks needed options — something lighter, faster-heating, and ideal for everyday use. That inspiration gave birth to Alumachef, a sister line of premium aluminum cookware built with the same Cajun values of durability, honesty, and good food — but redesigned for the modern cook.
Today, Cajun Cookware and Alumachef live side-by-side as a single family of products:
