Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Easy 30-Day Returns: You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags, inserts, and accessories).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process all returns.
  • Exclusions:
    1. Used cookware, or custom/personalized items cannot be returned.
    2. Clearance or “final sale” items are non-returnable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us by email to sales@cajuncookware.com within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping:
    1. Free returns on damaged or incorrect items.
    2. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
